Project: I had the absolute honor of getting to create all the stationery for my best friend's wedding. Since the location of the wedding was at a historic hotel known for its vintage vibes, we knew the Save the Dates and Invitations should also give off the similar aesthetic.
We designed the Save the Dates to resemble an old postcard: with the main focus being a line illustration of the Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, I also added in some illustrated elements of Florida's iconic orange blossoms.
When it came to the invites, we had to do it big: The main information was the "tracklist" on the back of a vinyl cover, while the front was an illustration of the two of them as the album cover. Additionally, we used the Cricut machine to create actual records to pull in and out of the cover artwork.
Additionally, I had to blow it up large to create a "lifesize" version of the album with an actual old vinyl I scooped up at the thrift store. It was the perfect finishing touch.
Tools: Procreate, Illustrator, Cricut.
